We recognize that traditional legal representation may not be appropriate nor cost effective in every situation. Generally speaking, our advocacy services involve providing families with a thorough legal analysis of issues and potential resolutions, assistance in preparing for meetings at school, answers to questions as situations evolve at school, and more. Our advocacy services are designed to help you become a more effective advocate for your child in the education setting. Our legal representation services include advocacy services plus additional services such as attendance at school meetings, communication with the child's school and district, negotiations on behalf of the child and more.
Generating Hope Law and Advocacy, PLLC strives to serve clients in a professional and supportive manner by:Providing potential clients and clients with an honest legal assessment of the legal issues, potential solutions, and the probability of achieving the potential clients' and clients' goals.Providing ala carte services (like IEP meeting preparation) and flat rate tiered services so that clients are paying only for the services they require, and there is clarity up front as to how much the services will cost.Striving to listen to the client to fully understand the client's concerns and objectives to be able to provide a unique, child focused action plan to help families move forward.
While we welcome phone calls from potential clients and want to hear about your concerns, we are unable to offer a legal analysis without reviewing your documents first. Our initial consultation includes a review of your documents (school records, IEP/504s, medical records, disciplinary record, etc.), a 60-minute video or telephone meeting with our attorney, and an actionable plan tailored to your goals and objectives. For some families, they will have enough after this initial intake call to move forward with advocating on their child's behalf.
